I’ve never seen someone make such a large impact in such a short amount of time! Simon took on a small team of BA and quickly implemented new ways of working for them that fit in with existing processes. He also separately took on a lot of additional responsibility to see the company through a period of change. Really friendly guy to have around, and clearly very experienced in what he does.
